Spring 2012 Online Registration Is Open

Important Fundraiser Information

Any player not electing to buyout of the fundraiser must have her fundraiser money turned in before she will be issued a uniform or be allowed to play in a game. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS THIS YEAR! Please help us by turning in your fundraiser money before the deadline.

Volunteers Required!

One reason that we are able to keep our registration fees lower than many of the other area leagues is because our league is supported by so many volunteers. Every registration must specify one volunteer in some capacity. The online registration will require the volunteer information in order to be submitted.

Of course, we will take all the volunteers we can get! If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering, please take a moment to visit our volunteer form.

Important! Signed Forms Required For ALL Players

Every Greenwood Lassie League player must provide a signed release form AND agree to the code of conduct to be permitted to participate. If you register online, you will be asked to acknolwedge the code of conduct, and a signed code of conduct form is not required. If you register by mail or in person, a signed code of conduct form is required.

A signed release form is required regardless of the method of registrationyou choose. Simply fill it out and bring it to the first practice.

Register By Mail

To register by postal mail, print, complete, and mail the registration form linked below.

Register In Person

You may also register in person at Dick's Sporting Goods at the Greenwood Park Mall on Saturday, February 4th, from 10 AM to 2 PM. Please bring your completed registration form and applicable fees with you when registering in person.

Online Registration
